In 2016 he completed another certification in Executing Growth Strategies from University of Pennsylvania- The Wharton School. He was VP of Info Edge India Ltd(Naukri.com) for 2 years. Then in the year 2018 he joined Indigo airlines as Vice President Digital. And now he is working as a Chief Digital Officer at Consumer Business at Adani Group.

Richard Sir is our Mentor from Australia. He pursued his Engineering from the University of Australia in Electronics & Communications. In 2016 he was working as Development & Project Engineer at eLabtronics Australia. At present he is working as an Application Analyst at BAE Systems. He is the director of STEMSEL, Australia.
